Nucamp is a coding bootcamp that offers part-time, online programs, including Back End, SQL, DevOps with Python (16 weeks); Front End Web & Mobile Development (17 weeks); and Full Stack Web & Mobile Development (22 weeks). Nucamp also offers a 4-week introduction bootcamp that covers the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Nucamp is on a mission to make quality education accessible and affordable to everyone. The online bootcamps include both self-paced and actively mentored study, and there are no more than 15 students per class with a dedicated instructor for each cohort.

Admission is open to all 18-years and older (some states require HS graduation or GED). To enroll in a bootcamp, complete Nucamp's online registration form.

Students of the longer bootcamps are prepared for entry-level, Junior web developer jobs. Nucamp offers career services and 1:1 career coaching to bootcamp students. Nucamp also offers exclusive access to a nationwide job board tailored to Nucamp graduates.

    Nucamp is fantastic!

I chose Nucamp because its a good hybrid between in-person bootcamps and being self-taught. Having the weekly structure gives you accountability and encourages you to stay at a productive pace. The instructor was phenomenal and having other people in the course enables you to work together; so you are never alone no matter what skill level you are. This bootcamp definitely doesn't spoon feed you (a very good thing!) and it will definitely challenge you so you have to come in with the willi...

    NuCamp

As a beginner, this course of HTML CSS and Js was a good start to gain confidence and a lot of knowledge.
I'll take the Fullstack next week and I'm pretty excited.

    Solid Intro Course!

The video tutorials left a little to be desired, but our instructor (Naasir) continually fed us pdfs and additional video links to further our understanding. I feel like the price is fair for what you get--it's an intro course but it's VERY immersive. I'd pay for a "Part 2" intro course if they offered one, just so when I went into Bootstrap, etc., I'd be even more prepared.

    NuCamp Rocks!

NuCamp is great for the working professional trying to transition careers.  Much like every other self guided class, this is very much "you get out of it what you put into it" and some students fail to see that.  If you're going into this thinking that you will learn everything from the workshops, you're not going to do well.

Take the time during the week to study and ask questions on the message boards!  The weekly classes on Saturdays is where all of the "light-blub" moments wi...

    NuCamp intro bootcamp review

Overall it was a good experience. I would have preferred to have the weekend sessions be in person rather than video conference, but I understand that it's not feasible if there aren't many other students in my city. The instructor was great, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made sure none of us were left behind and that by the end of each session, we all had the projected completed and functioning. If you are a person who would prefer a structured learning environment over solely...

    Web Fundamentals Bootcamp

It was affordable, good price, and I liked that I was able to do everything online during the week and still have that interaction on Saturday with the instructor and classmates. I felt like I gained more connections with my classmates and teacher as well. The slack channel helped also if we had any questions.
