QuickStart
Quickstart Learning, Inc. is an online tech provider that offers non-credit online bootcamps in Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and Visualization, Software Engineering and Web Development as well as a roles-based bootcamp, the IT Technician Bootcamp. Online students can choose from full or part time programs and will complete real-world IT projects, collaborate with their peers, and develop a portfolio highlighting their career readiness.
In the 12-20 week Cloud Engineering Bootcamp, students learn the fundamentals of networking and cloud computing. Students will receive hands-on training in AWS (Amazon Web Services) functionalities. Students will prepare for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner IT certification.
The 10-18 week Cybersecurity Bootcamp program covers cybersecurity essentials, system and network security, Linux essentials, security operations and architecture, and cybersecurity analyst essentials; training students for entry-level roles that include SOC Analyst, and Cybersecurity Specialist. Students will prepare for CompTIA A+ Security certification.
The 10-18 week Data Analytics and Visualization Bootcamp will offer new insights and perspectives within the field, training in industry-aligned skills, and technical expertise; preparing students for roles such as Power BI Analyst and Data Analyst. Students will prepare for the Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification.
The 12-20 week Software Engineering Bootcamp students will benefit from coursework focused on foundational software engineering skills and concepts, including covering system and software development computer science foundations through project portfolios, code samples, and technical interviews. focuses on both the foundational and advanced software engineering skills that students need for the field. Students will be prepared for IT roles such as Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer, and Junior Software Engineer.
The 12-week IT Technician Bootcamp is designed to help students master the skills necessary to obtain an entry-level IT support or specialist role. Students who complete the program will emerge prepared to enter the IT support field in an entry-level helpdesk, technician or specialist role and prepared to take the CompTIA A+ certification exam.
Career services are included in all QuickStart Learning, Inc. bootcamps, and students have access to IT mentors while enrolled in coursework. Throughout the program and upon completion, students can have access to resume guidance, LinkedIn profile review, job search assistance, and mock interviews.

Cyber Security
I was looking to change careers from retail to IT. If you're looking for an opportunity to learn at your own pace while still working or taking care of a family, this course would be perfect for you. The courses don't overwhelm you. My coach was wonderful and was always available to answer any questions that I had. The job assistance team was fantastic. They have a wealth of knowledge and resources to get you noticed. I was very fortunate to get hired in just a few month after graduation...I was looking to change careers from retail to IT. I graduated from the Cybersecurity Bootcamp from Quickstart that was offered through The University of Texas Arlington. I had a previous degree in Cybersecurity from another school but was still lacking any hands-on knowledge. Quickstart Bootcamp not only helped me be refreshed on textbook learning but also gave me the opportunities through projects and labs to complete hands-on learning. Great foundation
This bootcamp is a great way for you to get foundational knowledge on multiple different parts of the tech industry and how you can use that knowledge for cybersecurity. I have always found the course to be well organized and support available at every step. Originally drawn by the program which is low cost compared to others but I learned very quickly that it was not worth it. The videos are unedited and practically is a guy reading a PowerPoint (the slides are not provided). You can find better curriculums from letsdefend or hackme at a fraction of the price. The job assistance is also a joke, they don't help you find jobs and all they ever do is post jobs which you're highly unqualified for. When I finished the course I was very nervous about interviewing and finding a job. I was met with very knowledgeable people who helped give me the guidance I needed to be able to succeed. I hit the ground running after getting my LinkedIn and resume completed with their help. I applied to over 80 jobs in one week. When I heard back from the company...I had a fantastic experience with the QuickStart Boot Camp. The material was super helpful and challenging at times, but it was so worth it.
