Coding Temple

The first time I called them I thought they were a scam LOL but then they started to explain what they were all about and everything began to sink in. I hope everyone who reads this that are thinking about going this career route has an opportunity to talk to them and check out what an amazing school they are. They will help you throughout the whole program, is not a moment that are going to feel alone. This is a life-changing decision and they would make it fun and dynamic to learn it and be part of the experience. BTW I hate writing reviews but they deserve every word and this would change everyone's lives. 

I just graduated from a part-time software engineering class, Thieves 139, and it was one of the most enriching educational experiences I’ve had. The class, led by Dylan and Christian, was outstanding. Their teaching style was exceptional—clear, engaging, and particularly effective in making complex topics easily understandable. Dylan and Christian's approach was not only interactive but also incredibly supportive, encouraging continuous learning and fostering cohort unity. The class was both informative and fun, making it a standout experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their software engineering skills under the guidance of inspiring instructors.

I will wholeheartedly recommend this bootcamp to anyone reading this review. I had a hobbyist background in coding knowledge, and the amount I learned in 12 weeks was quite frankly astounding. My instructors Christian and Dylan were an integral part in making my experience so exceptional. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, excellent at communicating concepts and laying out the logic behind what we were doing, and didn't hesitate if you needed additional help grasping a concept or were stuck on a tricky issue. They're also just both friendly and personable people who made class enjoyable.

A word of advice if you do take this class. Take the amount of time you think you'll need to invest and double it. You get as much out of this program as you put into it, and the time investment required to do well in the class is substantial. The curriculum is fairly fast-paced, and if you don't fully grasp a concept you may find it difficult to understand future concepts. Thankfully, like I mentioned Christian and Dylan did a wonderful job of both explaining initially, and assisting if you don't understand something.

If you're like me and you've tried to do self-paced classes a few times and burned out, then this is the course for you. They will push you to further your knowledge, and I am very grateful I decided to take the plunge and take this bootcamp.

Taking this class was one of the best investments and career decisions I've ever made. I realize first hand that making such an investment can be a scary and nerve racking decision to make but trust me when I say that it will be well worth it in the end! Their curriculum is honestly designed to give you a deep understanding of all the technologies and languages that you'll be using for your career going forward. I am also beyond thankful to have had Ryan Rhoades and Alex Swiggum as my instructors. Their patience, knowledge, dedication, and overall desire to want to see you learn and succeed can not be overstated. Alex and Ryan's teaching style made some of the most challenging and difficult concepts really fun and exciting to learn! The time I got to spend learning with them and my fellow classmates is an experience that I will never forget. I know that much of the future success that I will have as a software engineer will be attributed to the time and work that they put into me to make sure that I have a solid understanding of all the material being taught. Alex and Ryan's mentorship and guidance along with Coding Temple's program overall has provided me with an unforgettable start to my software engineering journey and has also truly increased my love for coding! I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to become a Software Engineer!!!

I wanted to change my life for the better with a change in my career, so I did all sorts of research on different software engineering bootcamps.  I decided to take a leap of faith with Coding Temple and I am so happy I did.  If I had to compare it to something, I would say its like an unforgettable, first love.  Just like a first love, you dont really know what you are doing, but you are learning along the way.  It is fun and exciting and can also be challenging and difficult at times, but my instructors were there to help guide me along the way.  Alex and Ryan are my instructors and they both have been even more than I could have ever hoped for in instructors.  They both are super knowledgeable, super nice, super patient, super funny, and super awesome!  They both make the curriculum easier to understand and interesting.  I really like how the teaching style is and how there are notes that I could fall back to.  I do wish there were some more complex examples or extra advance information in case I ever need to look back on my notes after I graduate, but other than that, I am satisfied with it.  This whole Coding Temple experience and my time with Alex and Ryan are something I will never forget and will take with me into my software engineering career.  Thank you so, so much for making this an amazing experience and hopefully one of the best decisions I made in my life!  

After searching for nearly a year I came across Coding Temple at the perfect timing. I was ready to enroll in a coding boot camp and luckily I found Coding Temple. The initial process to sign up for the full time boot camp was super easy. They have delivered and exceeded my expectations in every way! In a short 2 months I already know how to build websites from scratch. My teachers Alex and Ryan are the BEST! The criteria and class curriculum in spot in for becoming a successful software engineer. I feel more and more confident everyday and I continue to impress myself, having no previous coding experience. I only have good things to say about Coding Temple; thank you guys!!

Hello, I graduated from the part-time Full Stack Software Engineering cohort about two weeks ago. I worked a full time remote job while in the program. This course is fast pace, we learned about a topic a week. We had homework every night and most weekends. The weekend projects could be group projects or individual projects. Do not feel discouraged if you & your group cannot get together and complete the project, we changed groups each time, just learn and get your work done.  Learning the backend is very  important, but make sure your frontend is always presentable. Try to challenge yourself and go above & beyond. I would suggest you spend at least a month learning the pre work and looking over the topics and concepts. It will help you get into the program and not feel like you’re out of your league. The program is very time-consuming so make sure you can commit to it. I would start my homework after each class ended, and have my tutoring booked for the next  morning if I needed help. Do not procrastinate, turn in each assignment on time. If you do not like  your grade go back and correct the homework each week. Ask questions , answer questions, stay engaged! Make coding apart of your daily life & everything else revolves around it for a few months, the time will fly. I came into the program with no coding experience and I did very well. 
Remember that other people have completed the course so it can be done , just keep going.

My instructors Christian and Dylan were very knowledgeable, prepared and eager to help. They have a genuine interest in seeing you succeed. They were very engaged, present, and transparent. I never felt like they were phoning it in! Their energy created an environment that kept us motivated, connected, and at our best. I am grateful to have been in their cohort. I am excited about finding my first job in technology and I feel that Coding Temple has prepared me for that opportunity and has opened those doors.
