The course isn't complete they tell you something but leave other things without mentioning and you are surprised when they tell you you should have done this and check back, well i checked and it's not mentioned.

Another horrible exp. is with the reviewers check this escalation mail i sent to them.
The first Review experience: I did a mistake i tried to cancel and resubmit but i wasn't able to do so, the only way was to wait the review and resubmit again.
The tragedy was when the feedback was delivered to me 24 hours later saying we'll not review your project it's missing a slide. Then why 24 hours delay? and if you already reviewed it and found i missed a slide (it was the last slide in the presentation) why didn't you let me know my other mistakes as you already saw my project and reviewed it and it's possible i've other mistakes so why not telling me about them all?
My action: I resubmitted the full project, i wasn't able to rate the feedback since the reviewer didn't submit a feedback but i raised an escalation will attach the response i got.
The Second Review: It was amazing one i got to learn new things and i fixed all the mistake i done and was detailed feedback i really appreciated it.
My action: I fixed all the project comments, rated the feedback the most positive one and resubmitted it.
The Third Review: A disaster! The reviewer mentioned the following: ⚠️ The KPI has been confused with the objective⚠️ The calendar must be modified to follow the described logic⚠️ The screenshot of the email draft must be included
My Comments: It's highly warned at the templates not to use same templates, also we need to be creative, and lastly the seconded reviewer commented to my calendar that it's well done and i only needed to add the days in dates which i provided, to my surprise the third reviewer now says it's not properly formatted? and who decides Properly if you use a template and i made a better template serves the same purpose how come i'm not allowed to be creative? because right now i have 2 contradicted feedback from 2 reviewers.
My Action: I reached out to you, and i'll not resubmit my project i'd like to withdraw from the whole imitative as this is experience is totally unprofessional, i was able to rate this feedback with the following rating:
1. I Shared the KPI which match my objective.
2. The last reviewer didn't mention anything about the format and i'm entitled to use whatever format i want because i'm creative person and refuse to be chained to a specific format not helping me, i still have the last feedback material and nothing was mentioned about the format. This is subjective feedback one reviewer tells me good job and another one doesn't think so.
3. I'm sorry you didn't pay attention well the screenshot is ATTACHED. if you can't see the difference you shouldn't be a reviewer. 

It breaks my heart that i invested my time although i have a family and full time job as a project Manager for a corporate, but all i got was mixed reviews that i'm unable to trust anymore.

Such a behavior from the people we go to for high quality education is very frustrating, how to convince someone who holds your destiny that the slide he's saying is missing is already attached and has been reviewed before? How do you trust people contradict themselves all the time? i see this platform as not trustworthy.
