The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, covering a comprehensive range of topics such as Python programming, Data Science and Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Natural Language Processing, Prompt Engineering, and an introduction to Transformers. The inclusion of real-world examples throughout the program reinforced my understanding of key concepts and practical applications. The hands-on projects, in particular, were a standout feature, offering invaluable opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems.
The weekly virtual mentor-led sessions were another key highlight. MIT DSS is a great course to build foundation of data science. This course take a deep approach on explaining logic behind every algorithm used and how it solve data science case. Case study with diverse challenge and variation implementation of each field gives deep & broad understanding on data science.
Though some advance topic are hard to understand, but the idea / concept of why the advance topic is explained clearly.
