SheCodes
SheCodes is a technical skill training provider for women offering online, hands-on coding workshops and a self-paced Professional Developer Bootcamp. The workshops and bootcamp are flexible and designed to fit around a student’s schedule, moving away from traditional, rigid learning methods. The bootcamp curriculum covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, OOP, AI, and more. The workshops cover how to effectively communicate with developers, how to become a front end developer, advanced Python skills, and how to break into tech. Students learn through bite-size lessons followed by practical challenges to reinforce their learning. Each week, professional developers review homework assignments. At the end of each workshop, students will build real-life projects like websites and web applications to add to their professional portfolio and impress future employers.
All of SheCodes workshops are beginner-friendly and self-paced. Women of any age are welcome to enroll. There are various packages that students can purchase depending on their coding needs and existing skill level.
At SheCodes, students have access to an online community of 200,000 women technologists. Students who complete the Professional Developer Bootcamp will receive a Verified Diploma upon graduation.

Best Coding Experience!
During this quarantine I've decided to improve my skills and I joined the SheCodes workshop! It was an amazing learning journey, with a lot of new knowledge and challegings. Thanks to Matt Delac and his powerfull classes I am able to create something with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. After these 3 weeks I truly feel it was just the beginning! I would highly recommend the 3-week workshop to anybody who is curious about coding and wants to 'dip their feet' into it and see what it's all about. The videos are clear, the challenges are well-designed, and you do not need to have any special skills to be successful in this workshop -- you just need motivation! I've been interested in coding for almost my whole life, but was scared it would be far too complicated to ever learn. SheCodes has helped me realize that coding isn't all that hard after all! There was always support on the SheCodes Slack group if it was needed.
There's something very rewarding about building something from the ground up, and I definitely felt a huge sense of pride and accomplishment every time I completed a challenge. Intro to Coding
This workshop blew me away! The curriculum thoroughly introduces HTML, CSS, and JS. I especially enjoyed the structure and available resources. Each lesson includes a video and a challenge to practice the learned skills. The course also grants access to a messaging software that allows collaboration between students. I started SheCodes with no prior coding knowledge. I decided to try the online course anyway and I am SO GLAD I did. The course is well laid out. The videos are well done and I loved doing the challenges and homework to practice and reinforce the lessons.
