This review is for the Culver City location.

I enrolled in the beginning of January with Gregorio as my head instructor. Everyday was a challenge, but that's what you want, that's what you're paying for. 3 months may seem like a long time, but if you consider the fact that your life WILL change post bootcamp, it is absolutely worth it. 

The thing that separated Sabio from other bootcamps is the sense of community you feel right away. You have access to almuni, instructors, staff, and other students enrolled in a different location right away, and they are ridiculously helpful. Sabio treats you like family and ensures that the money you pay is being used properly. I promise you, YOU WILL BE JOB READY.

If you were like me, you're doing your research and looking up the different bootcamps around the area - looking at reviews, testimonials, price, etc. Let me save your time and tell you YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER BOOTCAMP THAN SABIO. Not only will you come out with all the skills needed to land a gig as a developer, but also, and perhaps more importantly, you will leave with confidence. 

Laslty, I want to thank the Sabio family for all they have done for me. Liliana, you're the reason I chose Sabio. I went to the info session and was sold within the hour. Everything you said about the bootcamp turned out to be true..and I greatly appreciate you making me feel comfortable from day 1. Sylvia, everything you do behind the scenes for Sabio made everything in the frontend (pun intended) run smoothly. Instructors (Danny, Hector, Memo, Jack) for always being there whenever I had questions or frustrations about my work - happened a lot. You guys made me a better developer every day, truly. Gregorio for pushing me to become the best developer I could be and being there to answer questions even after I graduated. And lastly, my cohort mates for making the three months of bootcamp enjoyable. I got lucky with you guys.

Oh, and yes, I have gotten a job since graduating as a developer from an amazing company making good money. No prior experience ;) 

I completed Sabio's ASP.NET program in Culver City in June, and I have just accepted an offer for a development job at the end of July. The program gave me a strong base of development knowledge and I truly feel like I've been through a software project's full life cycle. The instructors are highly knowledgable and ensure that the curriculum, work level and instruction is tailored to every student's skillset. Experienced students will be consistently challenged while beginner students will leave with a firm foundation in fundamentals that will ensure they enter the industry.

I really don't have anything but good things to say about Sabio. When I was researching bootcamps, their name obviously leapt out to me due to their consistently excellent reviews, and I have to say that they totally lived up to the hype. The co-founders, Gregorio and Liliana, so clearly put the student experience at the forefront of everything they do and it will pay dividends for you if you put forth the effort they ask of you.

The take away from most bootcamps is that its hard and you yourself have to put a great deal of effort into it. I think one of the strongest things that Sabio can offer over other bootcamps is community and support after finishing the course. The curriculum and teaching styles may and probably will change over time (just the nature of the industry in general) but the community Gregorio and Lilianna (the founders) built seems here to stay. Even after you finish the course they and the other instructors are available at all times to reach out for advice. They genuinely care about the students and in turn alot of the past graduates want to come back to events and hackathons to support, help, and chat with each other.

My experience with Sabio thus far has been stellar. The co-founders are really personable, and seem genuinely concerned about all of their graduates -- even after they leave the program. They are building a community around the program, which is great for networking and mentorship. The amount of pre-work assigned was manageable, and the instructor made himself available to go over questions in the pre-work too. Once the course started there has been a lot of support -- not just from the instructor, but also for the space, where we can stay into the wee hours of the night to work together. Especially as a woman and a Latina, I find Sabio's mission to diversify tech to be really comforting and a great way to enter the tech scene. And perhaps the biggest plus: the class is only 8 people, so there's a lot of one-on-one attention for each student — I can't imagine trying to do this work and also trying to compete for an instructor's time. I love how this program is geared toward getting Fellows professional gigs as soon as possible, too. I would enthusiastically recommend this program to anyone who is interested in working in tech.

A truly full stack web development program.  Very intense.   Good amount of prework although I could have used prework for the C# parts intead of just front end(HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery).

The program structure was clearly outlined at the beginning which I liked.   The instructor was exceptionally good and fielding questions and guiding you to the answer without giving it away.   We had great comradery among fellows which helped bearing the significant amount of pressure from the intense pace.

I missed a little bit of general theory of the programming concepts we were applying.
