    Life Changing

I attended Codesmith mid-last year, despite everything I heard and read about the market. All in all, between studying for and attending the program, and Job hunting I managed to land a job in just over a year. The entire process has been quite literally life-changing, I make nearly 4x what I made prior.

    Is it easy?
No. The bar of entry is high, the program requires your entire undivided attention, and the job hunt is more difficult than both of those combined.

    Is the ma...

    Was Excellent for Me

Codesmith was great for me. Attending was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I think it’s a really fantastic option for some one looking for such a program.

It’s difficult to review a program like Codesmith because it’s (obviously, explicitly) not right for everyone and will hit students in different ways. For me, it was very good — one of the best uses of my time, money, and work that I’ve ever made.
I had a self-taught background coming into Codesmith, with several pret...

    Very well rewarded effort

I had an excellent experience with great learning platform. I liked the way the course is structured, the lessons are clear and the material is extensive and complete. Would like to comment about the mentoring learning sessions, optional content and practice projects that certainly makes the difference for me to understand the concepts. Also the support for the program manager (Vineet Mishra) makes great difference always giving the support I needed. Thank you Vineet!

    Life Changing Experience

Before Codesmith, I was working on switching out of the medical field through self-learning but I quickly realized that a reliable bootcamp is a much better option. Having done research for months, I decided to go with Codesmith and the decision has been the best one I've ever made. The education I received at Codesmith in the short 3 months I was there made me a stronger dev than I could've become in 3 years of self-learning. I truly owe all of my professional success to the program and...

    Excellent

This program is undeniably challenging—extremely so. It's not a scenario where you can simply coast and expect to land a fantastic job within a few months. However, if you possess a genuine desire for this and are committed to putting in the hard work, the program can be remarkably effective. It stands out as an exceptional program, and it almost feels unfair to categorize it with other bootcamps because, in my experience and observation, it surpasses them by a wide margin. The hiring se...

    Life-changing decision

If you are wondering if you should attend a bootcamp for career switch, then I do not have the answer for you. However, if you have already decided to go to a bootcamp, but not sure whether or not Codesmith should be the choice, then my answer is absolutely yes.

I was a school teacher before I became a caregiver to my 2 children. One day I was thinking, you know what, maybe I can become a software engineer. So I started to shop around bootcamps online and discovered Codesmith. To ...

Highly challenging and rewarding. Thrilled with Results.

The curriculum and schedule was super challenging, I was consistently reassured and supported by staff, for the first time started to feel comfortable enough to ask questions, met friends for life, gained a real sense of confidence, so overall, I would highly recommend. The part that blew me away was the support, advice, encouragement and hand holding that I received during the job search process, specifically Eric.  I was able to negotiate a ~20% higher base and more senior ...

    There's No Place Like Codesmith

I'm just going to start here - attending Codesmith was one of the best and most life-changing decisions I have made so far. I decided on Codesmith amidst a sea of bootcamps because community is so important to me. I can learn anywhere, whether by myself or at another institution, or in any situation. But it isn't as easy to build or find a good community where the people are caring and supportive to each other, striving to better themselves and excited to live and grow. Codesmith's inten...

Grit, Grind, and an Amazing Experience

    Pre Codesmith Profession
Prior to attending Codesmith, I pursued a career as a healthcare professional, investing seven years of my life to earn an advanced degree. However, upon venturing into the real world, I was taken aback by the rapid pace at which healthcare companies exhaust their professionals for the sake of financial gains. Overbooking, subpar care quality, inadequate compensation, and stymied long-term growth opportunities left me dis...
